
Birks group a Canadian based luxury jewelry brand recently launched an automated purchasing platform. It partnered with OTT pay to launch a WeChat mini-app. The objective is to provide a unique and extensive user experience wherein customers can browse, shop and also get news regarding promotions. This technology was initially introduced in China in the year 2017.
International customers will now be provided with a user-friendly shopping experience.Birks Group is the first jewelry brand to launch a WeChat app in Canada. According to the CEO of Birks Group, Christophe Bédos the prime objective is to provide a fascinating and interactive shopping experience to all its customer.
The company also announced plans of introducing bitcoin in eight of its location last November.
